Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking competent and caring leaders to join our dynamic team of BCBA and LABA professionals to advance ABA therapy and make a lasting impact on clients’ development.

We offer caseload autonomy, flexible scheduling, weekly paychecks, sponsored CEUs, and a dedicated team to support quick staffing of new cases. Our comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and PTO.

Competenze

• Must hold BCBA/BCaBA or LABA certification/license.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Passion for working with children with special needs.

Mansioni

• Conduct behavioral assessments, identifying goals and techniques.
• Develop individualized behavior change plans for a diverse client base.
• Monitor progress and evaluate treatment regularly, maintaining high progress rates.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians.
