Job summary

Integrated-Metal-Components is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR and safety programs across the organization. You will partner with company leadership to deliver efficient HR results while maintaining compliant practices and a strong employee experience.

The role requires autonomy, hands-on execution, and an operations-focused mindset to support business goals and manage comprehensive HR duties in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR professional experience.
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to protect confidential information and exercise discretion.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees HR, safety functions and programs in partnership with leadership.
• Maintains HR foundations: handbook, policies, job descriptions, evaluations.
• Manages talent acquisition activities including sourcing and interviewing.
• Oversees payroll/H RIS using Paycom for ~76 employees.
• Administers benefits plans and open enrollment.
• Provides employee relations support and guidance to leadership.
• Manages leaves of absence and workers' compensation coordination.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
