Job summary

Resilient Structures is seeking an HR Generalist to support our HR function across the employee lifecycle, HR systems, benefits, compliance, and reporting. You will partner with the HR Manager to build consistent processes and improve how HR operates in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will be detail‑driven, collaborative, and capable of navigating change with professionalism while maintaining confidentiality and strong working relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a Generalist role.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, leave administration, compliance, and HR operations.
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; HR certification through SHRM/HRCI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, leaves, and offboarding.
• Manage new hire onboarding and orientation, coordinating pre-employment requirements and documentation.
• Process and coordinate employee changes with HRIS, payroll, benefits, IT, and other updates.
• Serve as a resource for employees and supervisors regarding HR programs, policies, processes, and systems.
• Maintain accurate employee records with confidentiality and compliance.
• Assist with communications and day-to-day HR activities as needed.
• Support HRIS administration, data changes, testing, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through technology.
• Help draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and templates.
• Assist with benefits administration and annual open enrollment.
