Job summary

Integrated Metal Components in Tualatin, OR seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR and safety functions, operations-focused, and drive HR results with leadership support.

You'll manage payroll via Paycom for ~76 employees, handle employee relations, benefits, compliance, and development, while maintaining strong internal partnerships and a hands-on approach in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Five+ years HR professional experience.
• Three+ years payroll processing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions and professional literature.
• Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes strategic HR goals aligned with business initiatives.
• Maintains HR Foundation documents and policies.
• Oversees employee lifecycle management and onboarding.
• Leads talent acquisition and community outreach for qualified staff.
• Oversees payroll and HRIS via Paycom for ~76 employees.
• Administers company benefits programs and open enrollment.
• Responds to employee inquiries and HR-related questions.
• Manages employee relations, performance management, and retention strategies.
• Handles workers compensation and safety compliance.
• Oversees offboarding and final pay processes.
• Ensures HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
