Empower Rental Group is seeking a Field Service Technician for our Warner Robins, GA location to independently diagnose, repair, and maintain a diverse fleet of heavy equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and safety.

You will travel to customer sites, perform urgent service calls, coordinate with customers, mentor other technicians, stock and manage your service truck, and document all repairs using company tools, while upholding safety policies and our core values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years diagnosing and repairing heavy construction and/or aerial lift equipment.
• Experience with major brands is a plus.
• Proficient with diagnostics tools and comfortable using mobile technology for work orders and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform urgent service calls, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy equipment.
• Diagnose complex issues with powertrain, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Complete repairs on fleet and company vehicles.
• Maintain and stock your service truck and tools.
• Communicate with customers on-site and provide clear updates.
