Qualifications

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing heavy construction equipment or aerial lifts.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform urgent service calls and repairs on heavy equipment.
• Diagnose complex powertrain, hydraulic, and electrical issues using diagnostics tools.
• Maintain and stock the service truck and manage work orders on-site.
• Explain repairs to customers and train on proper equipment use.
• Support shop-based repairs and mentor junior technicians.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures.
