Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Director of Business Development and Operations for the Fond Du Lac, WI area. The role requires independent leadership of the branch with ongoing corporate training and support.

Responsibilities include developing a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider, building referral relationships, staffing and scheduling, and managing client intakes and satisfaction. A focus on financial management and culture is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and driving growth in a services business.
• Track record of meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting, hiring and overseeing staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are staffed; monitor on-call duties.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget and monitor profit and loss statements.
• Create a culture that motivates and sets the tone for the team in your territory.
