Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving seeks a dynamic director to lead and grow our Dubuque branch, balancing autonomous decision-making with strong corporate support. You will drive business development, cultivate referral partnerships, hire and schedule staff, and ensure excellent client satisfaction.

Relocation is required; we offer a comprehensive compensation package including a base salary and substantial profit sharing, plus full benefits and a company vehicle for work and personal use.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a team.
• Experience meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage the Dubuque branch with ongoing corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are staffed; monitor on-call responsibilities.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget and profit/loss statements; manage financials.
• Create a thriving workplace culture and set team morale and standards.
