Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving seeks a driven Director to independently lead our Seattle branch, backed by ongoing corporate training and support. You will drive business development, cultivate referral partnerships, recruit and schedule staff, and ensure high client satisfaction through strong relationship management.

Relocation is required before starting. The role offers a base salary with a 20% quarterly profit share and comprehensive health benefits.

• Proven leader with experience managing a team
• Track record in achieving sales and business development goals
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in direct recruitment, hiring, and staff oversight
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and lead the Seattle branch with corporate training and support
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to position Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.)
• Recruit, hire, and onboard staff; monitor shifts and on-call coverage
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure satisfaction
• Oversee the office budget reflected in profit and loss statements
• Create a high-performance culture and set standards for team morale
