AeroVect Technologies Inc. is transforming ground handling with autonomy. The Sr.

PMT for Fleet Operations will define the strategy, roadmap, and development of products that enable autonomous ground support equipment to operate safely at scale. This role requires user-centric thinking, technical fluency, and strong communication to drive reliable fleet operations tools across remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of product management experience owning technically complex products end-to-end.
Experience building operator-facing or operational tooling with reliability and real-time performance.
Proven ability to ship 0 → 1 products in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

Responsabilités

Define and own the Fleet Operations product strategy and roadmap across remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management.
Gather and synthesize feedback from airline/airport customers and internal operators; inform priorities.
Decompose user needs into high-level system design and clear engineering requirements.
Collaborate with UX, infrastructure, autonomy, and operations to ensure usable, reliable products.
Partner with Systems Engineering to derive system requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize backlog balancing new features, technical debt, and bug fixes.
