Job summary

Moove AV seeks an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Manager (AVOM) for Fleet Deployment and Readiness to own fleet health end to end. You will ensure every unit leaving the depot is diagnosed, deployment-ready, and performing to standard.

You will lead the FD&R team, coordinate with diagnostic teams, product engineers, ride-hail operations, and vendor partners. Your goal: maximize vehicles in service while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fleet maintenance or related technical field, AV experience preferred.
• Proven leadership of vehicle technicians in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and related infrastructure.
• Project management with a track record of successful execution.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Located onsite in Miami, FL and able to work daily onsite.
• Willing to work outside standard hours as fleet operations require.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for fleet health enhancement.
• Ensure deployment readiness including assessments and evaluations.
• Lead diagnostic initiatives to maintain fleet health and safety.
• Analyze fleet data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and report to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product teams and Ride Hail Ops to improve performance.
• Coordinate fleets with other AVOMs to maximize in-service vehicles.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners for performance standards.
