Insight Global is seeking a Construction Support Specialist - Field to provide administrative relief to field leadership on multiple sites in California. You will autonomously manage project workflows, drive weekly timecard completion, and coordinate with Safety on certifications.

This role requires 3–5+ years in construction operations support, strong Excel and Box experience, and a knack for eliminating bottlenecks.

Formación

• 3 to 5+ years of progressive administrative experience directly supporting commercial construction operations, specialty trade contracting, or engineering project teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision, proactively anticipating requirements and resolving bottlenecks.
• Strong proficiency with electronic timekeeping systems, cloud file storage (Box), spreadsheet analysis (Excel), and mobile workflow tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end timecard collection, verification, and superintendent sign-off across projects to ensure 100% weekly submission by deadlines.
• Independently manage and prioritize project-specific support tasks across multiple jobsites to remove bottlenecks.
• Audit, compile and reconcile field labor data and compliance docs for monthly Equality Funds and Market Recovery submissions.
• Partner with field leadership to organize and audit Box project folders for regional consistency and accessibility.
• Monitor safety certification compliance, identify expirations, and coordinate recertification with Safety Team.
• Facilitate Day 1 onboarding orientations for new hires, ensuring digital intake packets and site checklists are complete.
• Assist with regional iPad asset pool tracking and hardware swaps.
