Cornerstone Caregiving in Danville, VA seeks a Director of Operations and Business Development to lead a growing branch with autonomy and strong corporate support. The role focuses on growth, partnerships, and exceptional service in-home care.

You will develop a local marketing plan, manage referral networks, recruit and schedule staff, perform client intakes, and oversee the branch budget, driving profitability and culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Track record in achieving sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment and staff oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members; ensure shifts are properly staffed; monitor on-call duties.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
