Pair ABA in Avondale, AZ is seeking a credentialed BCBA to lead clinical services in a center-based ABA program with hybrid flexibility.

You will oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, analyze data, and collaborate with families and care teams to support meaningful client progress. The role offers a strong clinical leadership pathway and opportunities for research and professional development.

Qualifications

• Credentialed BCBA required.
• Experience providing ethical, high-quality ABA services.
• Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs and staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on clients' needs and progress.
• Lead and supervise a team of RBTs with clinical mentorship.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and adjust treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and care teams to support client progress.
• Provide autonomy within established clinical leadership and resources.
