Job summary

Applied ABC in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid, in-person role. You will oversee clinical programming, conduct assessments, and drive treatment planning for children and families in our ABA services.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Arizona LBA required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Education, or related field.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate is required.
• Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and using BST strategies.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, Vineland or ABLLS assessments.
• Experience developing treatment and behavior support plans.
• Experience providing family/caregiver training.
• Autism Spectrum Disorder experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload with high-quality service delivery.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs using BST methodologies.
• Conduct VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS assessments and related evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and collaboration with families and schools.
• Monitor data, adjust programming, and ensure compliance with BACB and HIPAA.
• Support team during behavioral crises using appropriate principles.
