Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Active Arizona LBA
- Master’s degree in ABA, Education, or related field
- Current 8-hour supervision certificate
- Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and BST
- Experience with VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS
- Experience developing treatment and behavior support plans
- Experience providing family/caregiver training
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to work hybrid and in person – not fully remote
Responsibilities
- Maintain an active caseload with ~120 billable hours per month
- Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs using BST
- Conduct VB-MAPP/Vineland/ABLLS assessments when appropriate
- Develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans
- Provide parent/caregiver training and collaborate with families/schools
- Monitor data and adjust programming as needed
- Support team during behavioral crisis situations with BA principles
- Maintain compliant documentation per BACB/HIPAA/pa yer requirements
