Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is urgently hiring a BCBA for a hybrid center-based role in Gilbert, AZ. The team will offer full- or part-time options with a flexible schedule and some work-from-home opportunities.

The BCBA will assess and develop individual plans, supervise staff, and lead caregiver trainings—supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder through high-quality ABA therapy and dedicated clinical oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and coordinating care with families, staff, clients, and partners.
• Proficient in applying ABA methodologies to design and monitor treatment plans.
• Ability to train and supervise staff while promoting a positive culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of clients to determine needs.
• Develop and monitor Individual Treatment Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Provide staff supervision, training, and feedback to improve client progress.
• Lead caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
• Maintain required documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Identify clients needing additional supports and coordinate services across settings.
• Mentor and engage staff to maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.
