Job summary

Team Gillman is seeking an Experienced Warranty Cancellation Clerk to join our automotive dealership team in Texas. You will handle contract processing for extended warranty and insurance products and manage cancellations with lienholders and customers.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using computers and spreadsheet tools. Automotive dealership experience is a plus, and a strong commitment to accuracy is essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
Prior automotive dealership experience is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, and a calculator; willing to learn onsite system.

Responsibilities

Process new business contracts for extended warranty and insurance products.
Process and post cancellations per lienholder requests, customer requests and cancellations per statements.
Ensure that all required documents are collected for the cancellation process.
Process refund checks for cancellations to customers or lienholders.
Maintain the schedules and reconcile items on the extended warranty/insurance reconciliations.
Other duties that may be assigned.
