Job summary

Sam Pack's Five Star Chevrolet is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Cancellation & Reserve Specialist to join our dealership team. You will process warranty cancellations, track refunds, and maintain accurate records while supporting F&I and Accounting departments.

This on-site role collaborates with multiple teams to ensure timely and precise handling of all cancellations. The ideal candidate has automotive dealership experience, strong attention to detail, proficiency with Excel, and the

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Experience with F&I, warranty cancellations, or service contracts is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Valid driver's license and insurable.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty and vehicle service contract cancellations.
• Review contracts for accuracy and completeness.
• Submit cancellations to providers.
• Track cancellations and customer refunds from submission to completion.
• Follow up on refunds and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of cancellations, refunds, and reserve balances.
• Reconcile warranty and service contract accounts.
• Assist with month-end accounting and reserve reconciliation.
• Collaborate with F&I, Accounting, Sales, and Service departments.
• Communicate cancellation and refund status with customers.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in dealer and provider records.
• Maintain organized customer and dealership documentation.
• Ensure all cancellation paperwork meets provider requirements.
