Larson Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Contract Cancellation Specialist to ensure accurate processing of cancellations for vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, warranties, and other aftermarket products.

You will track cancellations from submission to completion, coordinate refunds, and maintain all related accounting records in dealership systems. Strong organizing skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership accounting, contracts, warranty cancellation, or similar experience.
• Experience with cancellation processing and refunds is a plus.
• Strong Excel and Word skills for accounting documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process cancellation requests for GAP, service contracts, warranties, and aftermarket products.
• Review cancellation documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Submit cancellations to vendors, administrators, and lenders.
