Team Gillman is seeking an Experienced Warranty Cancellation Clerk to join our automotive dealership team in Texas. You will handle contract processing for extended warranty and insurance products and manage cancellations with lienholders and customers.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using computers and spreadsheet tools. Automotive dealership experience is a plus, and a strong commitment to accuracy is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Prior automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, and a calculator; willing to learn onsite system.

Responsibilities

• Process new business contracts for extended warranty and insurance products.
• Process and post cancellations per lienholder requests, customer requests and cancellations per statements.
• Ensure that all required documents are collected for the cancellation process.

Team Gillman is a fast-growing dealership in Texas, and we are currently looking for a Warranty Cancellation Clerk.

Job Responsibilities

• Process new business contracts for extended warranty and insurance products
• Process and post cancellations per lienholder requests, customer requests and cancellations per statements
• Ensuring that all required documents are collected for the cancellation process
• Process refund checks for cancellations to customers or lienholders
• Maintain the schedules and work the reconciling items on the extended warranty/insurance reconciliations
• Other duties that may be assigned

Education / Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Prior automotive dealership experience a plus
• Must be detailed oriented and possess good organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
• Competent with computers, spreadsheets, and a calculator; willing to learn onsite system
