Job summary

Team Gillman North is seeking an Experienced Warranty Cancellation Clerk to manage cancellation processes, refunds, and related documentation for extended warranty and insurance products. You will handle lienholder and customer requests while ensuring complete records and timely processing.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with computers and spreadsheets. Automotive dealership experience is a plus and on-site system training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Prior automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, and a calculator; willing to learn onsite system.

Responsibilities

• Process new business contracts for extended warranty and insurance products.
• Process and post cancellations per lienholder requests, customer requests and cancellations per statements.
• Ensure that all required documents are collected for the cancellation process.
• Process refund checks for cancellations to customers or lienholders.
• Maintain the schedules and work the reconciling items on the extended warranty/insurance reconciliations.
• Other duties that may be assigned.
