Ford Motor seeks a User Experience Designer to shape digital experiences for vehicle owners. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, Analytics and Design to translate customer needs into clear, accessible interfaces.

From exploring problems to prototyping, validation, delivery and post-launch refinement, you’ll own design work and help Ford.com stay cohesive through the design system.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in UX, interaction design, product design, HCI, or related field
• Approximately 2–4 years of UX/digital design experience
• A portfolio demonstrating your design process and contributions
• Experience using a design and prototyping tool such as Figma
• Working knowledge of interaction, visual design, IA, usability and accessibility
• Ability to communicate design ideas and collaborate across disciplines

Aufgaben

• Design and refine Ford.com experiences that help Owners find vehicle information, understand features, access services, and stay connected with Ford.
• Translate customer problems and product requirements into user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface designs.
• Explore design options, communicate trade-offs, and incorporate feedback from customers and cross-functional partners.
• Create prototypes at appropriate fidelity to test assumptions and support decisions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to balance customer value, goals, accessibility and feasibility.
• Use Ford’s design system and contribute to consistent patterns across Ford.com.
• Support design delivery and collaborate with engineering on design intent and implementation.
