Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a User Experience Designer to shape digital experiences for Ford owners. You will work with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, Analytics, and Design partners to translate customer needs into accessible interfaces.

You’ll own design work across the process—from exploring problems to prototyping, validation, and post-launch optimization, with opportunities to guide implementation and contribute to a design system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX, interaction design, product design, HCI, visual design or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of UX/digital design experience with portfolio demonstrating process and impact.
• Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine Ford.com experiences for owners to access information and services.
• Translate problems into user journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Create prototypes with appropriate fidelity to test assumptions and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to balance value, goals, accessibility, and feasibility.
• Use Ford’s design system to build consistent, reusable patterns across Ford.com.
• Support delivery and clarify design intent with engineering partners.
