Ford Motor Company is seeking a User Experience Designer to craft and improve digital experiences for Ford owners. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, Analytics, and Design teams to understand needs and turn them into accessible experiences.

You’ll own well-scoped design work from concept through prototyping, validation, delivery, and post-launch improvements, while also guiding AI-assisted work with appropriate review and brand alignment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in UX, interaction design, product design, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in UX, product, interaction, or digital design, including internships or projects.
• Portfolio showing design process and contributions to digital experiences.
• Experience using a design and prototyping tool such as Figma.
• Working knowledge of interaction design, visual design, information architecture, usability, and accessibility.
• Ability to communicate design ideas and collaborate across disciplines.
• Iterative approach to feedback, learning, and changing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Design and refine Ford.com experiences to help Owners access information, features, services, and stay connected.
• Translate customer problems into user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
• Explore design options, communicate trade-offs, and incorporate cross-functional feedback.
• Create prototypes to test assumptions and support design decisions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to balance customer value, business goals, accessibility, and feasibility.
