Ford Motor Company is seeking a User Experience Designer to shape digital experiences for Ford vehicle owners. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, Analytics, and Design peers to translate customer needs into accessible interfaces across Ford.com.

You’ll guide the design process from problem discovery through prototyping, validation, delivery, and post-launch improvement, taking ownership of well-scoped design work in a collaborative, iterative environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in UX, interaction design, product design, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in UX, product, interaction, or digital design.
• Portfolio demonstrating design process and contributions to digital experiences.
• Experience using a design and prototyping tool such as Figma.
• Working knowledge of interaction design, visual design, information architecture, usability, and accessibility.
• Ability to communicate design ideas and collaborate across disciplines.
• An iterative approach to feedback and changing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Design and refine Ford.com experiences that help Owners find vehicle information, understand features, access services, and stay connected with Ford.
• Translate customer problems and product requirements into user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface designs.
• Explore design options, communicate trade-offs, and incorporate feedback from customers and cross-functional partners.
• Create prototypes at appropriate fidelity to test assumptions and support decisions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to balance customer value, business goals, accessibility, and feasibility.
• Use Ford’s design system and contribute to reusable patterns across Ford.com.
• Support design delivery and collaborate with engineering on implementation details.
