Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Traffic Manager in South Carolina to ensure 100% Traffic Management Playbook compliance, own in-store structure, and maintain Brand KPI performance.

The role partners with the Traffic Management Director and dealership teammates to identify strengths and opportunities, drive improvements in traffic management, sales, and profitability, and coordinate with eLead support for issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years automotive retail management.
• Minimum 2 years training and development experience.
• Proficient in CDK CRM (Elead).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Experience in developing strategies and coaching teams.
• Technology savvy and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough understanding of Traffic Management.
• Identify and address low-performing areas against KPIs and targets.
• Partner with TMDs and GMs to implement action plans and drive accountability.
• Drive standardization of traffic management processes at department level.
• Communicate changes to all applicable teammates.
• Collaborate with TMD and eLead to resolve issues.
• Outline growth plans to achieve KPI targets and awards.
• Perform monthly traffic management audits and review scorecards.
• Lead weekly internet traffic management meetings and review call performance.
• Inspect website accuracy and quality (specials, photos, etc.).
• Hold staff accountable for results and coach as needed.
