You will work in a fast-paced retail setting with varied hours, including nights and weekends, ensuring a safe and welcoming shopping environment for customers and a productive workspace for employees.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience in a department environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated adaptability to changing priorities and busy periods.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a 40-hour schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide and maintain appealing displays.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels with regular stock counts.
• Oversee recovery, keeping the department neat and organized for the customer.
• Coordinate price changes and update pricing labels and signage.
• Implement playbook features and planogram sets per company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the department.
• Provide proactive customer service and assist with inquiries and locating products.
• Support front-end tasks by processing transactions or loadouts as needed.
• Operate standard retail equipment and handheld devices.
• Participate in cross-training and training initiatives.
