Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years of retail experience, strong communication, adaptability, and a customer-focused attitude. Flexible hours—days, nights, and weekends—are expected to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience with knowledge of specific department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, instructions, and information clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to actively listen, ask relevant questions, and provide thorough and articulate responses.
• Demonstrate a high level of adaptability in response to changing priorities, unexpected challenges, and evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a department to ensure efficient operations, including scanning outs, inventory management, recovery, price changes, and planogram sets.
• Adhere to merchandising guides and ensure displays meet company standards and signaging.
• Maintain accurate inventory through regular stock counts and replenishment.
• Coordinate price changes and update labels and signage as required.
• Implement playbook features and planogram sets to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain department cleanliness and enforce sanitation and safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with inquiries and locating products.
• Support front-end operations by processing transactions or loadouts as required.
• Operate general office equipment and retail devices; use handhelds, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders.
• Participate in cross-training and training programs to stay current.
• Provide friendly, proactive internal and external support and address issues promptly.
