Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience.

• Flexibility to work a 40-hour week with varied hours, days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide to maintain department and signing standards and appealing displays.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels with stock counts and replenishment.
• Oversee the recovery process to keep a neat and organized department.
• Coordinate and execute price changes with pricing labels and signage.
• Manage playbook features and planogram sets per guidelines to maximize sales and satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the department.
• Provide friendly, proactive customer service and assist with inquiries.
