Rural King is seeking a Department Lead to oversee daily department operations, including inventory management, pricing, merchandising, and customer service. You will ensure display standards, stock availability, and a clean, safe store environment.

You will also support front-end tasks and participate in cross-training opportunities to grow within a people-first organization. Work hours are full-time with varied shifts in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to merchandising standards and maintain appealing displays.
• Maintain inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and replenish shelves.
• Oversee recovery to keep department neat and organized.
• Coordinate price changes and update signage.
• Execute planogram sets per guidelines to maximize sales.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the department.
• Assist customers and provide proactive service.
• Process front-end transactions or loadouts as required.
• Operate common retail equipment and handheld devices.
• Participate in cross-training and training programs.
