Ferguson Superstore is seeking a dependable Title Clerk to handle vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork in a fast-paced dealership environment. The role requires strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of automotive dealership title experience, knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds is preferred, and a commitment to maintaining meticulous records in Oklahoma laws and dealership policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of automotive dealership title experience.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and tag paperwork.
• Submit paperwork to the Oklahoma Tax Commission and tag agencies.
• Verify accuracy of sales and finance documents.
• Maintain organized title and deal files.
• Track title status and resolve title issues.
• Assist with payoff processing and lien releases.
• Communicate with customers, lenders, and tag agencies as needed.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
