The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, CVR certification, and prior dealership experience; Reynolds and Reynolds knowledge is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• CVR Certified.
• Dealership and Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone skills.

• Computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manages vehicle documentation, including tax and title information, registrations.
• Maintains vehicle inventory records.
• Handles contractual documentation with financial institutions.
• Produces timely reports and reconciles schedules weekly.
• Builds relationships with dealership personnel.
• Processes title work with CVR or DMV promptly.
• Handles dealer trade worksheets for transfers.
• Provides administrative assistance as needed.
