Fury Motors Inc. is seeking a dependable Automotive Title Clerk to join our Accounting team. You will process titles and registrations for new and used vehicles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates proactively, and can manage multiple transactions. Prior dealership title experience and familiarity with VITU, MNDrive, or DMV systems are a plus; Notary Public certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership title or registration experience required.
• Experience with VITU, MNDrive, DMV processing or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and follow-through skills.
• Notary Public certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process titles and registrations for new and used vehicle transactions.
• Review deal paperwork for accuracy before submission.
• Maintain title, lien release, MSO and related logs.
• Obtain missing titles and required documentation from lenders and customers.
• Communicate missing or incorrect paperwork with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Management.
• Research title discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Handle duplicate titles, plate transfers, and other title-related tasks.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness; stay current on state requirements.
• Reconcile title schedules and accounts; resolve aged items.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Sales, Finance, and Inventory teams.
• Perform additional accounting/administrative duties as assigned.
