Peter Boulware Toyota in West Columbia, SC seeks a devoted Title Clerk to support vehicle registrations and title work. You will handle state registrations, DMV submissions, and maintain titles/MSOs for our inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

The role emphasizes teamwork, organization, and customer service, with a commitment to growing within our family-owned dealership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Ability to work on a team to get results.
• Highly organized and eager to improve.
• Willingness to take initiative.
• Computer literacy; strong writing and grammar skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and provide quality customer service.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Process documents for state registration, follow proper paperwork and ensure tax and title documents are completed.
• Process registrations for new and pre-owned vehicles, all license plate issuing and transfers and obtain dealer titles.
• Check for completeness and signatures on all required forms; verify accuracy of sale and purchase prices.
• Maintain titles and MSO’s for inventory.
• Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV.
• Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory.
