Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership accounting or billing is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, grammar, and keyboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and post car sales to accounting systems.
• Handle payoff processing and title paperwork.
• Verify state lien notices and file them timely.
• Process out-of-state registrations for vehicles.
• Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit paperwork promptly.
• Assist with month-end tasks and reconcile related costs.
