Hireology is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk for our automotive dealership to ensure accurate accounting of vehicle sales and related records. You will process transactions, review deals for completeness, and maintain organized files while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams.

Qualifications

Previous dealership billing or accounting experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership software (DealerTrack, CDK, etc. is a plus).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Process and post vehicle sales transactions.
Review sales deals for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain organized deal files and records.
Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams.
Assist with reconciliations and month-end tasks.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
