Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and post car sales to accounting systems.
• Handle payoff processing and title paperwork.
• Verify state lien notices and file them timely.
• Process out-of-state registrations for vehicles.
• Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit paperwork promptly.
• Assist with month-end tasks and reconcile related costs.

Responsibilities

• Process, analyze and post car sales to accounting
• Processing all payoffs
• Verify state lien notices are filed in a timely manner
• Processing out of state registration for new and pre-owned vehicles
• Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit appropriate paperwork in a timely manner
• Reconciling aftermarket products sold throughout the month
• Participating in month end activities up to and including: reconciling schedules, remitting payments for aftermarket products, reconciling and updating costs in car sale deals.
