Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership office or billing experience is required or highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling contracts, titles, registrations, and invoicing.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and bill vehicle deals accurately and efficiently.
• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify contracts, invoices, titles, registrations, and supporting documentation.
• Track funded and unfunded deals and follow up on outstanding items.
• Reconcile deal discrepancies and correct errors promptly.
• Work closely with the Finance, Sales, Accounting, and L&T departments.
• Process trade-in paperwork and ensure required documentation is complete.
• Maintain accurate records and upload deal files.
• Post all deals accurately and swiftly into accounting.
• Process all deal commissions.
• Review schedules for accuracy and correct errors.
• Report deals to OEM and claim proper incentives.
• Assist with vehicle title and registration paperwork as needed.
• Follow dealership policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
