Würth USA is seeking an enthusiastic Territory Sales Representative to maintain and grow a sales territory, strengthen customer relationships, and meet individual and company targets in the Boston area.

You will engage decision makers through cold calling, manage daily calls to dealerships and automotive repair facilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Professionalism and strong customer service skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to build relationships with decision makers and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage decision makers through cold calling and prospecting.
• Manage a territory by making daily calls (8-12) with dealerships and automotive facilities.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Provide value-added services such as ordering, inventory management, and problem solving.
• Showcase Würth products and services through presentations and demonstrations.
