Job summary

Suburban Accessories in Lockport, IL is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive OEM accessory sales across franchised dealerships. You will implement sales processes, train staff, and support point-of-sale operations to boost revenue.

This role requires engaging dealership management, traveling within the territory, and collaborating with vendors. We offer weekly pay, benefits for all life stages, a 401K with company match, PTO after 30 days, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and speak English.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Consult with dealership management to implement processes that generate profits from OEM accessories.
• Communicate dealership monthly objectives and develop strategies to meet OEM targets.
• Travel to each dealership within the territory monthly.
• Identify opportunities for new sales strategies, incentives, and programs.
• Attend weekly calls with Sales Manager and provide field feedback.
• Provide clear communication of objective tracking and product updates to dealerships.
• Attend and host in-dealership training on products and programs.
