Job summary

Suburban Accessories, a leading distributor of OEM accessories, is seeking a Sales Manager in Michigan. You will lead Territory Sales Managers, mentor the team, and drive revenue and profit through strategic training and dealer relationships.

This role requires strong leadership, travel across the region, and collaboration with OEM teams. You will manage performance, hire new staff with HR, and ensure adherence to company processes while promoting growth and a customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2–3 years of previous management experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong PC skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Automotive experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Territory Sales Managers to hit monthly and yearly targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet accessory sales objectives.
• Coach and develop TSMs through weekly calls and quarterly reviews.
• Collaborate with OEM Zone Teams and vendors on training programs.
• Travel with TSMs to dealer customers to build relationships.
• Maintain performance management and onboarding processes.
