Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in Massachusetts to actively grow our dealer network and revenue. You will travel to dealerships, build trusted relationships, and leverage Salesforce to manage your pipeline and forecast activity.

The role requires dealership experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work on the road daily. Knowledge of auctions and the auto marketplace is highly valued, with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

5 years of dealership experience, used or new car side.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Experience selling into dealerships; auction knowledge preferred.
On-the-road daily, travel to dealerships.
CRM experience (Salesforce) to manage sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Actively and consistently support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow and build out new business in your territory.
Service accounts in person and via phone, looking for incremental growth opportunities.
Utilize Salesforce daily for reporting and tracking.
Develop relationships with dealers to maximize revenue opportunities.
Monitor competition and sell against it.
Forecast and report incoming business activity monthly and annually.
Educate customers on the breadth of our product and services.
