Job summary

KYB is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow sales by supporting and influencing current and prospective KYB customers and product users. The role involves visiting automotive service providers, warehouse distributors, and resellers to build relationships and provide support that expands KYB business.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, creating business plans for accounts, promoting the KYB brand, training providers, and managing inventory with distributors.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• College degree preferred.
• Three-plus years in automotive aftermarket preferred.
• Outstanding sales, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals.
• Create and implement business plans for each assigned account.
• Identify and promote growth opportunities for customers.
• Promote KYB brand and products to build brand preference.
• Train Service Providers to increase KYB purchases.
• Assist distributors in inventory management.
• Log sales activities and report to Regional Manager.
• May require evening/weekend events and travel.
