KYB Americas Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow our Northeast/New England market through field-based activities and strong distributor relationships. You will train automotive service providers, promote the KYB product portfolio, and help customers optimize inventory and growth.

The role emphasizes travel, evening events, and close collaboration with distributors and internal teams to meet annual sales plans and build lasting brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive aftermarket experience preferred.
• College degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Strong sales and relationship-building ability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales and growth goals.
• Develop and execute customized business plans for accounts.
• Build relationships with customers and identify growth opportunities.
• Promote KYB brand and products to build preference.
• Train service providers on KYB products and ride control tech.
• Monitor inventory and support distributor stock management.
