Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in Cincinnati with a proven dealership background and a passion for car sales. You will travel to existing and prospective dealerships, build relationships, and drive revenue through strategic plans and ongoing account management.

You will use Salesforce daily to report activity and forecast opportunities, with a performance-driven culture that values trust and transparency. The role requires on-the-road work and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5 year(s) Dealership experience, on either the used or new car side of business.
• Excellent relationship building skills both in-person and over the phone.
• Ability to travel to dealerships daily and manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow and build out new business in your territory.
• Service accounts in person and via phone, looking for incremental growth opportunities.
• Utilizes Salesforce on a daily basis for reporting and tracking purposes.
• Achieve or exceed established sales goals.
• Develop relationships with dealers and dealer groups and leverage these relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.
