MFA Petroleum Company is seeking an Automotive Technician for its Big O Tires operation in Missouri. You will diagnose, repair, and service vehicles to company standards, ensuring safety and quality while maintaining productive workflow.

Requirements include at least two years of lube/tire/service experience, a valid Missouri vehicle inspection license, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work holidays and weekends. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Minimum two years of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Ability to learn concepts and use technical materials; valid Missouri license.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front-end, alignment maintenance and mechanic work per procedures.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles; ensure quality control of shop functions.
• Maintain workflow, assist training, and support sales/service goals.
• Ensure proper information for invoicing and profitability programs.
