MFA Petroleum Company is seeking an Automotive Technician for Big O Tires service operations in Missouri. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance, ensuring high-quality work and safety, and supporting store leaders to meet service quotas.

Candidates should have at least two years of lube/tire/service technician experience, Missouri MV Inspection License, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to exchange accurate information with customers.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end and alignment maintenance and related mechanical work.
• Diagnose and repair customer vehicles with quality control.
• Train and coach other employees per company policies.
• Maintain orderly flow of customer service to ensure productivity.
• Extend Big O Extra Care Services to customers.
• Attend weekly store meetings to review safety and policy changes.
• Support management in achieving service-related quotas.
• Ensure information for completed work is in final invoicing.
