Job summary

Big O Automotive Technicians are sought to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a Missouri Big O Tires franchise operated by MFA Petroleum Company. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork across the shop.

Candidates should have at least two years in automotive service and possess a Missouri vehicle inspection license. Training and growth opportunities are available within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Current Missouri Motor Vehicle Inspection License.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end and alignment maintenance and related mechanical work.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles and perform quality control on shop functions.
• Train and coach other employees as directed.
• Maintain orderly flow of customer service and productivity.
• Ensure accurate information for invoicing and use of outside purchase program.
• Attend weekly meetings to review safety, policies, and product changes.
• Meet service, sales and productivity goals and support budgeted quotas.
