Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is hiring an Automotive Technician for Big O Tires locations in Missouri. Technicians diagnose, repair, and service vehicles, ensuring quality work and adherence to company programs. ASE-based titles apply, with opportunities across Technician A/B/C levels.

We seek individuals with a minimum of two years’ experience in lube/tire/service, a valid Missouri inspection license, and strong customer communication skills. Wages include benefits and growth within MFA Oil’s network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Two years of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Missouri-based stores require a valid Motor Vehicle Inspection License.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
• Able to safely operate vehicles and communicate with customers.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and after hours.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to company standards.
• Maintain workflow of service assignments to ensure productivity.
• Train and coach other employees as directed.
• Ensure accurate information is provided for invoicing.
• Execute vehicle inspection program consistently.
• Meet service, sales and productivity goals.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to policies.
• Utilize outside purchase program to maximize profitability.
• Complete required trainings and development activities.
